Dear Yaniv, Thank you so much for your kind words about the design and build quality—it really means a lot to us that you noticed those details. We’re also glad to hear everything arrived safely and on time. We especially appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on packaging. Sustainability is something we’ve been thinking more about, and feedback like yours is genuinely helpful in pushing us to do better. Balancing product protection with more eco-friendly materials is still something we’re actively working on, and your suggestion (and even the documentary!) gives us more to reflect on. Hi Henry, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you’re pleased with the overall quality, wood grain, finish, and packaging of the item. We also truly appreciate your constructive comments regarding the drawer size and extension. For safety considerations—particularly to help reduce the risk of tipping—we intentionally use 12-inch drawer slides in this design. This results in a more limited extension compared to full-extension slides, but it is implemented as part of our stability and safety standards. That said, your feedback is very valuable, and we’ve shared it with our Product Development team as we continue to refine both functionality and user experience. Thank you again for your support and thoughtful input. Best regards, HOULTE Customer Care

Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the Holt (3) × 31.5 looks great in your home and that installation was fairly easy — that means a lot to our design and logistics teams. Regarding the gold handles, we understand the importance of hardware matching the rest of your décor. At this time, chrome or silver handles are not included with that model. However, we would be happy to check availability of compatible alternatives that fit properly and maintain the product’s aesthetic and functionality. Please reach out to us directly so we can help locate suitable hardware options or discuss any possible solutions.
