Would stay as far away from this place as possible. Ordered cover 5/16/26 no response or updates until beginning of June after attempted to email twice with no response (Mike said never received) then disputed the charge with the CC company and magically I got an emailed response. Told cover should be able and arriving 6/12, never showed up and no messages that it was delayed then to an hour I’ve 6/18, no cover, 6/19 next delivery, you guessed it no cover. No pushed to next week with definite delivery date. No direct number for you to speak to anyone from Hottub Cover Spot or the transportation company. Provided both with my cell and asked for call, but no calls just emails. Mike try’s blaming the transportation company and said once it leaves the factory out his hands. DO NOT BUY from this company, unless you want to be frustrated. It is ashamed this is what business in America have become.

First of all, the Hot Tub Cover spot website makes it foolproof to order a new cover. My cover fit so well and the fabric makes it lighter to pick up than vinyl! My new cover fits perfectly and I received in from the transport company what I ordered! Their transport company is top notch and willing to help place the cover where needed! The cover is well made and a good choice of colors to pick from. The latches are heavy duty and even come with keys for all 4 sides which I’ve never seen before! If I could’ve rated this company a 10 I definitely would have. You won’t be disappointed with this company! Thank you Mike for all the great products you put out!

My hot tub required a custom-made cover because it was an unusual shape. Mike Smith with Hot Tub Cover Spot helped me with making sure I was accurately measuring my old hot tub cover before placing the order. I just received my new hot tub cover, and it actually fits better than my original hot tub cover. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Hot Tub Cover Spot.

I would NOT purchase a Hot Tub Cover from “Hot Tub Cover Spot” (aka hottubcover.com) again. I would order from your manufacturer, I wish I had! I paid extra for a “Premium Hot Tub Cover” I upgraded to the Weathershild Fabric, the Dual Extreme Vapor and more and paid $745. Instead I wish I had paid $800 and replaced with the Manufacturers. When I received this cover the difference between the manufacturers one I was replacing was immediately apparent. This one is flimsy with cheap looking/feeling material (and I upgraded, in price anyway). The flaps on the side blow up in a light breeze. I will be shocked if this product lasts like the one it is replacing. I also upgraded to have backing for the cover lifter plates. There was zero directions on installing this and NO warning that you need to “feel around” to try to figure out which side has the reinforcement. Unfortunately, with no direction only after installing it on the non-reinforced side and having the screws fall right out on the first lift did I realize I had to spin it around 180 degrees. When I complained that there had been no direction or warning and I now had 16 holes in my brand new cover Mike, who was very cordial, told me: “For the cover lift plates, those can be located by feeling the edges of the cover; since you didn't do this prior to drilling, or inquire on instructions, we really can't be responsible for that.” So evidently, I was supposed to know to CALL to learn I only had plate lifter backings on one side of the cover! If you are like me and hate purchasing an inferior product for virtually the same price, spend the money and purchase from your original manufacturer! Mind you, had I paid $350 for 400 for this cover (half of the manufacturers much beefier one) I might have said “Yeah, it is cheap, but for half the price I feel like I got ok value.” AFTER READING Mikes Reply Below: Mike at very least when the "Reinforcement for cover lifter" is checked off and paid for warn people "This reinforcement will only be on ONE side of the cover." Ideally this would be labeled but if not, "Be sure to feel the cover to find the hard reinforcement side before installation." This note should also be included with the cover.

I received an excellent hot tub lid. perfect fit. perfect seams. correspondence, shipping, tracking and delivery without a hitch. its always difficult to relax and buy online from unknown company, but this was five star for product and service. and the lid came weeks before i was expecting. nice surprise. i would recommend them and buy from them in the future.

I spent a lot of time shopping around, looking for a replacement cover for my Caldera Geneva hot tub. The manufacturers cover barely lasted three years and I was very disappointed. Mike at Hot Tub Cover Spot was awesome and kept me grounded while I made sure I measured the hot tub correctly. (Measure twice, pay once… I measure 50 times! The cover arrived in absolutely perfect condition and looks great. My research indicated that the WeatherShield fabric was the best and much better than the manufacturers marine vinyl fabric. Really very happy with the product and highly recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot!
