Excellent Service
From the beginning with Sales when I walked in the door, to the moment the installation team drove out the drive our experience with Williams Flooring Carpet One Floor & Home was excellent. Friendly, informative, and superior customer service. Mr. Wyatt and his team were knowledgeable, thorough, and all around great guys to work with. His services were great.

Everyone was kind and courteous
Everyone was kind and courteous, and knew their job. Everything was put back into place quickly when the job was done. The only negative was the pattern on the carpet made it difficult to exactly match across pieces, but it looks fine.

The workers came promptly on the date they specified. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. We had one tile which was defective. I called them and they came out the same day and replaced it. I would (and have) recommended Williams Flooring to several friends.
