Hot Tub Cover SpotReviews of hottubcoverspot.com

Bought a new cover. It is PERFECT!!!! Color, size & stability. Have had hot tubs for decades. This is the BEST COVER we have ever had. The customer service (Mike) is helpful and friendly.

My hot tub cover has a different shape and had to be special made. Mike at hot tub covers went to my hot tub's manufacure to get the correct measurments for my cover and sent me the measurments and I approved them. The cover was made and shipped to my home in perfect condition and was the exact size I needed.

First time ordered through Hot Tub Cover Spot. Was a little nervous, since this was the first time ordering through them. But figured I would take a chance and glad I did! I ordered my spa cover on July 27th and received it today (August 13, 2026). Communications were great and delivery was very smooth! Great product!! Highly recommend!! Definitely will use them again when I need a replacement.

We can’t say enough great things about this company! We sent a request for a new hot tub cover with a question… this was our first replacement cover since purchasing our hot tub. Mike answered our question and proceeded to ask more to ensure we got the right fit!! After a couple of emails back and forth, due to my lack of knowledge and with Mikes expertise, we got the perfect hot tub cover! Love the material, the fit, and the customer service that went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for a job well done! Jeff and Betty

Hot Tub Cover Spot made our custom cover and it looks and fits great! They were very responsive to all of our questions and attended to all of our customization requests on handle locations, sizing, cuts and velcro etc. Special thanks to Mike in Support for getting us exactly what we wanted.

My hot tub cover is top quality, reasonably priced, came in on time, and fits perfectly. Mike Smith was particularly helpful with information, communication, and updates along the way.

First of all, the Hot Tub Cover spot website makes it foolproof to order a new cover. My cover fit so well and the fabric makes it lighter to pick up than vinyl! My new cover fits perfectly and I received in from the transport company what I ordered! Their transport company is top notch and willing to help place the cover where needed! The cover is well made and a good choice of colors to pick from. The latches are heavy duty and even come with keys for all 4 sides which I’ve never seen before! If I could’ve rated this company a 10 I definitely would have. You won’t be disappointed with this company! Thank you Mike for all the great products you put out!

My hot tub required a custom-made cover because it was an unusual shape. Mike Smith with Hot Tub Cover Spot helped me with making sure I was accurately measuring my old hot tub cover before placing the order. I just received my new hot tub cover, and it actually fits better than my original hot tub cover. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Hot Tub Cover Spot.
