I've paid over 350 dollars for products that all smell like perfume or cologne. nothing smells soft and pleasant. Even the sample pack was a disappointment. I couldn't be more frustrated or dissatisfied. I am baffled that they don't have one scent that doesn't have the same base perfume undertone. It tells me I'm paying a lot of money for synthetic chemicals and that's not sustainable for the health of my pets. I'm returning all unopened products and cancelling my subscription. This was such a disappointment. It had so much potential to be what I needed.

Absolutely horrible customer service they sent me a faulty diffuser all they did was keep sending me instructions they are not UK or Europe based company avoid at all cost this scam company cusomter service is none existing in this company.

I placed an order that was supposedly "lost in transit," yet the courier confirmed they never even received the package. This suggests the issue lies with your dispatch process, not the delivery partner. When I reached out via Facebook, customer service responded with vague apologies and offered to resend the item “at no extra charge” – as if that were a generous favour rather than a basic obligation. The communication was inconsistent, and I received mixed messages about what had actually happened. I’ve now requested cancellation of my new subscription and will monitor whether that’s actioned properly. As it stands, I cannot recommend your service. There are far more reliable companies out there that deliver what they promise without excuses.

If I can rate it lower, I definitely would. The product stained my expensive sideboard. The products does not work like it claims, its a rip off. I called today 6/23/25 and the customer service staff Franco told me that I must still make payments on this products due to the contract. OMG, had I read these reviews, I would have not purchased it. Bad mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't purchase

Made my order (Order number HC1810829) on May 18th. Waited for 20 days, received nothing. I contacted customer support, and they told me that they changed one item that’s out of stock and will be shipping my order soon. Received a tracking number, but it’s just online online-created parcel, they never gave my order to the carrier. Now when I’m trying to contact them, they just ignore me. Through email, they just ignore, and through live chat, it just says that chat is too busy, and ends it. Upd: they created another order(HC1867577). In the end, I received my order in two parts, first just one pro pod of botanical garden, and it leaked during transportation. But I got a replacement. And after almost month of additional waiting, I received second part of order, but again, on of them(Mystify) leaked during delivery. I tried to contact support, but it told me that there is too many request rn, and ended conversation. pods smells nice, but it’s extremely long wait, and a lot of hassle. If that’s not a problem for you, then order.

This company continues I believe illegally to charge monthly despite changing my credit card number twice. I called to cancel my subscription and they absolutely refuse but just so everyone on this site knows. I have filed with the BBB. I have also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General of Florida

I did not like any of the scents. They were too intense in one room of my house, but the rest of my house had no smell to it. The scents gave me and my entire family headaches. I then tried to switch the hvac system so the scents would dispurse through my entire house and the machine they sent did not work. They would constantly tell me they were going to call me back and never did. I spent so much time on the phone trying to get this right. They were not helpful. They refused to refund me my money. I will never use this company again!

This is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! They charge you a $99.00 cancellation fee for the subscription and the diffusers don't even work!
