Smartbnb is working on a great product. I have only worked with messaging and the inbox. Messaging is the meat and potatoes of Smartbnb and is terrific. The draw back is, I'm only on Homeaway. Most things on Smartbnb are in beta testing with Airbnb. I have been told they are working on getting the same services for Homeaway but it is going to take time. The price point is good so I am fine with waiting for the Homeaway's roll out of products. The product is a must have if your on Airbnb or VRBO but it is more bang for your buck if your on Airbnb. I am real excited to work with the Ai portion of Smartbnb and also diving into other areas of the platform. I am recommending this product.

Great automation of messages to your guests!

I love not having to manually send check in and out messages so feel this have been well worth it. I also found smart bnb quite easy to set up after trying one other service that was not easy and worth it.
