We love SmartBnb - It is a big part of our success in communicating with all kinds of travellers over 3 years. It simplifies the work of booking our 2 STRs in so many ways - automatically responding to inquiries and requests, detecting gaps in profiles and sending messages during the guest’s stay. We used the templates and “macros” provided, but personalized them so they were perfect for use. SmartBnb gave use a consistent edge over the competition in timeliness and organization. We were able to “set-and-forget” which allowed us to get on with life. With the metrics feature, we could compare pricing of other STRs in our area instantly. Pierre is a remarkable human and his crew are very approachable - no problem is too small. I love that they have proactively pivoted to a new venture Footloose.
