terrible shipping. They say it will ship fed-ex but fed-ex only takes it half the way and give it to the United States post office. Weirdest thing I ever seen. That took two days longer.

Der eine Stern ist eigentlich zu viel. Ich hatte einen Flieger bestellt und bezahlt aber nie eine Ware erhalten. Nach meiner Stornierung wurde auch das Geld nicht zurück überwiesen. Eine Anzeige folgte und vielleicht werde ich noch rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Dieser Laden ist eine Katastrophe da hilft auch die tolldesignte Webseite nix!!

If you are in the UK, dont use HH. Since the uk office closed and they moved to Germany, there is no customer service. No answer to phone calls or emails for a DOA part from over a year ago.

J'ai acheté une radio Spektrum DX8 G2 chez flashrc.com Elle tombe en panne et retour SAV. Plus de 3 mois après !!! je reçois ma radio dans un état lamentable. On dirait qu'elle a sejourné quelques jours dans un bac à sable et la batterie est manquante !!!! flashrc m'à donné une autre batterie. Quand au SAV HORIZON HOBBY c'est de la m.... et une belle bande de salopards !!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using HH since almost the beginning. I say almost because I did try other brands and the experience was not good. The safety features on the DX radios alone were worth it. I find most of their foam planes to be really durable. Even the micros. There are a few that are a little delicate to get the weight down, but they are not beginner planes. Actually, they don't even sell those 4 anymore. I've had to contact the Horizon's customer service 3 times over the years and every time they sent me a replacement or the parts that needed replacing. They do back their products and I will keep buying from them. Every time I order I get a confirmation email. I get another email when it is shipped with tracking. Planes and other big things take about 2 days. Small orders of props or parts take 3 to 4 days. If you are not getting a confirmation email, then you put in the wrong email address. The whole things is automated.

Horizon hoby has the best customer services for a rc hobby store and I would advise you to order from this rc online store next time you want an rc toy.
