Worse customer service ever. Return are a nightmare, and everything cost 5 times more than everybody else. Please open a federal investigation against them.

I cannot contact anyone in customer service, either by phone or on line. order #HHUSOR253362265 I ordered a fuselage for $64 shipping to cost$19 package arrived months later,I was billed $122.62 NOW FedX wants another $49.45 How do you think I feel? This is incompetence of the highest order!!

What was I thinking!!? I've had trouble with this company before, but did I learn my lesson? Apparently not. On 8/22 I eagerly and naively ordered Athearn coupler covers. When they didn't show up in a few weeks I did their snotty little chat thing on line and got a "case number". They never responded to that, either. Now, almost 2 months out, I inquired as to the status of my order and they have no record! Why are you ghosting me Horizon Hobby? Was the part I ordered perhaps OUT OF STOCK and you were afraid to let out that little detail? Terrible customer service. Shame on you!

LOUSY customer support!! I bought a Arrma granite Mega 665 RC-car 3 months ago for my son. The 665 brushed motor completely died (overheated and burnt) after only 5 times of carefull driving on the street. The brushless motors are great but the brushed motor in the 665 Mega is an absolute PEACE OF SHIT!! A Chinese 5€ motor is a lot better then this JUNK!! There are a lot of complaints on the internet regarding de 665 Mega. Never buy an Arrma with this worthless 665 motor, its a total waste of your money!! So far the junk quality of the drive-train... If the customer support would be any good then i could live with the shitty quality but unfortunately the customer support is as bad as the quality...... 2 months ago horizon hobby was contacted by the store where i bought the granite (Toemen) and they promised to sent a new motor. After a month waiting i contacted them myself (i did not get any reply from Horizon) and my store (Toemen) also contacted them again for the motor. And now again a month later still nothing.... My son is very disappointed that his car he got for his birthday died after just 5 runs and the customer service is non-existent... You think Arrma would be a good brand but i would be better of buying a cheap-ass Chinese car from Intertoys for less then half the price......

Meine Spektrum DX6 musste bereits nach etwa drei Jahren wegen eines Elektronikdefekts repariert werden. Trotzdem habe ich der Marke eine weitere Chance gegeben und mir anschließend eine Spektrum NX8 gekauft. Doch auch hier kam nach rund drei Jahren die nächste böse Überraschung: Das Motherboard war defekt! Die Reparaturkosten belaufen sich auf 140 Euro. Dazu kam, dass keine Ersatzteile verfügbar waren und ich insgesamt sechs Wochen auf die Reparatur warten musste. Aber Dankeschön an das Rep. Team! Wenn man sich in verschiedenen Modellbauforen umschaut, findet man immer wieder Berichte über Probleme mit Fernsteuerungen von Horizon Hobby und Diskussionen über die technisch veraltete Entwicklung der Geräte. Zwei Sender, zwei Elektronikdefekte nach jeweils etwa drei Jahren – das stimmt mich nachdenklich. Zufall oder billige Elektronik!

Le pire service clientèle que j'ai jamais vu ! Aucune information pendant des semaines après l'envoi de la commande, impossible d'annuler la commande alors que les pièces ne sont pas disponibles, aucune réponse aux e-mails. Et puis soudain, la carte de paiement est débitée sans avertissement deux mois plus tard et la moitié de la commande est envoyée alors que j'ai trouvé les pièces ailleurs depuis longtemps.

The Arrma Fury broke after using it for 10 minutes, when we contacted the company to get a replacement part, they sent us the wrong part and we have to pay to return it. The Losi Mini B we ordered just stopped working for no reason and they won't do a refund or exchange. Customer service is very hard to reach an they are not helpful. They'll disconnect the chat and not address your issues. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!
