I have a couple 6s Arrmas and I love them. Yes they put crappy servos in. A really bad wing mount design and front bumper. The differentials should be the spiral exb cause they go out all the time. BUT, the customer service goes up and beyond and even sends you upgraded replacements. The 2 yr warranty is amazing and CS makes it easy and really takes care of you and get replacements quickly. They would have a 5 star if they could fix the servo and diff issues.

The website absolutely stinks, especially when it comes to product description. There are missing descriptions, or just plan wrong information. And, to add insult to injury, only certain browsers (MS Edge) will display all of your account information correctly. Chrome and Firefox won't. Sorry excuse for a website.

Poor Customer service

would love to give a better review but when i get hour and a half wait times + just to get a person is ridiculous. now when you do manage to get a person on the phone it is hit or miss as far as service as with any company but i have been lucky in that regards. my 1 star review is based on long wait time just to get a person on the line and never getting a callback when i went that route. if negative stars was an option i would give horizon a negative 5 stars for the long wait time. so if you have to call horizon have a full charge on your cell and have your charger ready as you will need it. i will say i have noticed prior to horizon buying tower hobbies it wasnt like this so my assumption is that the problem lies with tower and horizon now being one and the same but different ( proof is in the tower and horizon websites and how alike they are now).

Nachfrage beim Service ob man Umrüstteile für eine Spektrum DX6i bekommen kann. Wunsch ist das der Gasknüppel auch selbstneutralisierend arbeitet. In Foren wurde berichtet das es dazu Teile gibt. Aktuelle Aussage: Einschicken, da Knüppel justiert werden muß. Kosten ca. 65€. Dafür bekomme ich eine einfache FB um ein Auto steuernzu können. Wahrscheinlich ist die FB schon zu alt.

I have to say my husband is always very pleased with horizon hobby,,he's been going through them for 4 or 5 years now and never once had a bad experience EVER! he received his parts today after ordering 2 days ago and was ecstatic about it..and was telling me he loves these guys and has always done him real good ,, and that he would refer anyone to them..thank you horizon hobby for your hospitality and great services..

Im Web steht, dass der Flagship Store in Barsbüttel auf hat. Dann fährt man 70 km hin und steht vor verschlossenem Tor. Bandansage der Hotline gibt auch nichts her bzgl. der Öffnungszeiten....fühle mich total verarscht und werde nicht einen Cent mehr in diesem Laden ausgeben. Dann halt Schweighofer... Ich lasse jetzt die rechtliche Relevanz per Anwalt prüfen. Damals unter Stauffenbiel war der Laden top.
