Ignorant company took my whole income out secretly at 1030 pm left my family broke for 6 days karma

I got an email saying i ordered something and i havent even used their website.

Buy something else not pro boat or horizon hobby. No support after purchasing. No one knows anything about the products being sold. No replacement parts are available.. to wait for a 2016/2017 boat parts is Just crap all around!!

Purchased a Fox 3000 Glider ,1week later first flight . The flight went very good but when I got ready to leave ,could NOT get the wing off , the pin inside had broken off . Took 3 hours. They won’t do anything on top of that they want $200 for a pair of wings .so that is $499 for 1 flight and $200 for new wings $700 now . There’s no repair for the plastic piece , unimaginable, a snap together plane ,with plastic pins and no repair

I recently purchased the E-Flite Air Tractor, 1.5. BNF Version. I've enjoyed E-Flite products (Radian, Radian XL, Timber, E-Flite Maule, formerly the Nano Vapor) until recently. Right out-of-the box, just after takeoff, the receiver stopped working and I lost control of the motor and all control surfaces. Brand new smart battery, brand new transmitter batteries, and my Spektrum transmitter works just fine on my other planes. Maybe it's the delays caused by COVID, but when I asked for a new (uncrashed) plane, they advised me to send the plane in for review at my expense. Not the Horizon Hobby that I used to know. I won't be purchasing any eFlite products in the future.

Just got my 2nd truck in a year from them and like my first, Very pleased. Order process and shipping has been excellent. Misc. parts orders have been the same. The only negative i can say is they don't always have the stock when you need or want it. But that's something I've encountered with every hobby supplier I've ever bought from. I have bought from them all over the last 40 years and can honestly say, "as of now", Horizon is a 5 star suppler.

Cracked my hull for miss geico 36 they replaced my hull as soon as they got in stock..thanks horizon..great customer service..

Mislead customers into reliable r.c. products..scammers who lie like cowards..batteries fail after short time..sell their junk by lies and false info..look into Align products..much better in every catagory..Joe Ambrose is a recognized scan artist..beware of horizon hobby
