The A6380 servos are crap! Purchase 7 for the Hangar 9 P51, I have to replace 2 of them, less than 20 flights. Recommend HITEC! Then to top it off, the live customer service Chat kept dropping me off while trying to discuss with customer service. Oh, and a replacement A6380 is backorder until May 2026! What the heck Horizon Hobby??

Die Bestellung - 3 Spektrum Akkus - liegt nun mehr als zwei Wochen zurück. Weder der im "Bestellstatus" aufgeführte Logistikpartner (DHL) noch die dort angegebene Tracking-Nr. funktionieren. Der Status lautet aber "versandt". Kontaktaufnahme über Formular ergab mehrfach "Sendung wird am Freitag bei uns abgeholt". Diese Aussage bekam ich in zwei unterschiedlichen Wochen. Die dann übermittelte Tracking-Nr. von TNT funktioniert zwar, die Ware ist aber nun schon eine Woche in Deutschland unterwegs. Anfragen zum Verbleib bleiben unbeantwortet. Der Status des Logistikers wird nachträglich geändert. So viel zur Lieferung innerhalb 1-2 Tagen in Deutschland. Ähnliche Erfahrung hatte ich mit zwei Fliegern, die eine Woche am Ausgangsort hingen, ohne sich zu bewegen. Einkauf direkt bei Horizon Hobby kann ich nicht empfehlen. Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen.

In 2025 to have no returns process is insane. They won’t provide you with a label, make you go to the post office. NEVER AGAIN. Had to spend $25 to return a $75 product. Embarrassing.

I’m disappointed with my experience with customer support. My claim wasn’t handled fairly, and despite providing detailed information, my concerns were dismissed without proper consideration. Communication was slow and unhelpful. On the other hand, I’m very happy with my second RC short truck, which has had zero issues after two months of use. Unfortunately, it seems not all products are built the same, and some appear to use different-quality parts. Very dissatisfied with how my case was handled.
