Had Hope give us a second opinion on some plumblng work recommended by another company. They matched the price of the other company and did the toilet rebuild for free. Other company wanted to charge $200.

The air filter for the water heater wasn't installed at the bottom and the top of the water heater and the floor were not cleaned from the dust from soldering the pipes.

There was NOTHING wrong with service. The technicians were professional and did a good job. However you are charged a service fee whether you have them do the work or not. Which is customary in their industry. That said, you have NO idea of the cost until they get to your location. So you are out the service fee unless you get the work done. What are you going to do, keep calling plumbers for estimates, then take the best price? They charged over $550.00 to replace the "guts" and the water feed line on TWO toilets. Then they charged almost $600 to "snake" a drain.

Late for the appointment - 1 day job took 3, very unprofessional and had to have the work redone although it was very expensive.

Hope Plumbing was great! They were available pretty quickly and stayed until the evening. They fixed old dripping copper pipes with PVC and cleaned up dripping pools of water. Quentin was an awesome worker and did a great job. Hope really does a great job. I am not ever calling another plumbing company again! I have found my match!

The two very polite Hope plumbers were unable to locate or fix the problem, which caused my basement to flood. And I was charged $209 for their digging some dirt out of my window well. Another plumber designed a fix, which has eliminated the problem. And he only charged $150. There is no Hope in my future! Julie Slaymaker
