Cheap Chinese masks that run small

I love the quality of their masks, but their customer service is the worst! Also, they’re backed up with orders and still continue to advertise. Makes no sense to me.

If I could leave a negative star review for Hope Health Supply, I would. I have tried to remain sympathetic to the plight of companies during the pandemic and all the challenges they are facing right now. However, customer service at Hope Health is atrocious. I placed a mask order on November 12, 2021. To date, I have not received the product although the company promptly processed my payment. After sending multiple emails and making phone calls to their call center, I was simply told each time that the call center could not help me and that they were sending my inquiry to the customer service department. I was told that an agent from Customer service would contact me. It is December 28, 2021. I am still waiting for an agent to reach out. I am still waiting for the mask order. I have reported Hope Health to my Credit Card company.

Finally a mask company where they care about their product! Idk what all these people think an ecomm business can do about shipping times - All i know is the masks I got are great and will help protect me from this god awful virus

I had ordered from Hope Health in the past and was pleased with the masks. I ordered again on Nov. 15, 2021 and never received my order. I have emailed three times since then with no response. After reading these reviews I totally agree that their customer service dept. stinks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been order masks from Hope Health for about a year and had no problems with masks or service until my last order when I ordered 60 black masks and 30 white masks. The white masks came and I thought the black would show up right after. A week passed and no black masks appeared. I contacted “customer service” via email and they said they would escalate my issue and someone would get back to me. I heard nothing and sent two more emails and no response. I also called and an “answering service” answers and no one returns the call. I paid for them with PayPal who I don’t think is going to help me either because Hope Health has a shipping receipt that says they shipped all of them. $58 down the drain. Don’t buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before buying them.

I previously ordered masks from this company KN 95 multi layers masks. Quality was good, On the masks had the registration markings on the mask, came 5 to a sealed packages. Re-ordered 90 more masks - what I got is completely different. Masks are thin, inside of mask course (looks unfinished & rough), no markings on the mask like the previous ordered and different mask’s altogether. I ordered multi layer KN 95 they sent KN 95 protective masks totally not the same. I priced the same as the second order. I will not be purchasing anymore masks from this company.

It took 15 days for my KN95 masks to arrive, which were supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. They actually arrived but sat in the UPS then eventually transferred to USPS were it sat again. I was unable to retrieve the package at either site. Since I needed it for international travel, I no longer needed it when the package finally arrived. I placed an online return support ticket. Was eventually told I could return it but I never received any instructions and there is no place on the website to return the item. My phone call to customer support was equally useless. They were supposed to call me back never did. I have sent numerous subsequent emails with response. Do not waste your money ordering through this company.
