Same wretched experience as others. Placed order on 1/4/22 and haven't received. Have contacted via email and the customer service chat function but no response. Total scammers!

Scam. Product never arrived, they don't answer emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged for my order and have not received anything! I have contacted them so many times and no response. I have reported them to the BBB, FTC and my State Attorney General for fraudulent business practices. I suggest everyone who has been scammed to do the same, the process for all three sites was very easy. This company needs shut down!

Update as of 2/13/22: The masks I ordered were delivered yesterday. However, the test I ordered was not included. I emailed them again and my credit card was refunded for the test as of this morning. I am satisfied with the outcome and will move on. However, I never received an actual email response to any of my inquiries. Just a few autogenerated "We'll get back to soon" or "Your order is on the way" responses. This goes back to my original point - lack of communication is not acceptable for any business. Ordered masks and a test back on January 4th and have not received an order status update since. I have contacted them twice via the Contact Us link and a reply to my order confirmation email. (Instructed to reply with questions.) I completely understand being backlogged because of omicron. All I'm asking for is simple communication, a basic order status update. If the items are out of stock, not available, etc., I'd happily take a refund. I stated as much in my last email. I'll keep pursuing this until I receive my order or a refund. I would look for masks elsewhere and just order the four free COVID tests from the federal government at this point. The omicron wave will have come and gone by the time you receive anything.

I ordered on the 11th of January and have received no further communication about shipping. I've emailed three times and gotten two canned responses saying that they were out of the office. I think I was willing to believe that they, as many other companies are, were overwhelmed by orders, but as the days go by with no reply, I believe, as others do, that they are a scam or incredibly incompetent. STAY AWAY.

Hope Health Supply is a fraudulent company that takes your money but does not ship the product(s) you ordered. I have tried to contact the company by email as well as telephone calls but they do not reply or answer the telephone. I have reported them to the authorities!

Ordered on Jan.7th. Website says should receive an email when shipped. The website also says receipt will be in 7-10 business days. The reviews on their site must be fake. All 5 stars. This seems to be a scam so I plan to dispute it on my credit card. I am also going to contact the attorney general. Seems like a scam.

This is a scam. should be zero for experience. took my money and received the worse masks!!! Not legit. flimsy. I emailed for a refund. No response!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I contacted my bank and submitted a complaint and not to pay them. No phone number. emailed 5 times. no response. they take your money and run!!! I can't believe I let myself get scammed.. Never been scammed before and never again!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
