I ordered 30 KN95 masks on January 5, 2022. As of January 22 they have never shipped. I paid through PayPal and I contacted PayPal after never receiving any response to my emails from this company. I tried calling the company (Hope Health Supply) and you only get a message. You can not speak to a human… Do not order from this company because they keep your money and do not send you the product. I have to wait and see what PayPal will do. I have never had a problem like this before. BEWARE

I placed an order on 1/6/22. As of today, 1/22/2022, I have not received my order nor did I receive a shipping notification. I contacted Hope Health Supply via email twice and have not had a response. I will take steps to have my payment refunded and report this company as fraudulent. Shame on them!!!

UPDATE: Credit Card company changed refund from "conditional" to "permanent". So HOPE HEALTH never responded to them. SURPRISE...NOT. UPDATE: These are FAKE they only have FOUR layers and are not stamped with the approved number GB 2626-2006" or "GB 2626-2019. UPDATE: They finally arrived today 2-10-2022 after over a month! They are packed in groups of 5 per bag. Not individually bagged. Marked KN95. Nothing else stamped on the mask. So not sure if they are approved. The bags they come in are marked like Hope Health Supply made their own packaging? UPDATE: Just received a "order out for delivery" email. Over a month after I ordered. I'm expecting junk masks anyways. Credit card company already issued a "Conditional Credit" to my account a few weeks ago. SCAM! Ordered 90 KN95 masks on Jan. 6, 2022. Still have not received them. They charged PayPal $139.41 immediately. They won't respond to my email and are not responding to my credit card company or PayPal. Order placed. Masks never received! Paid and nothing provided! Scam. Won't respond.

Ordered masks on 1/6/2022. Not shipped as of 1/22/2022. Do not respond to my e mails. Credit card was charged same day however. I am an RN who was referred be another RN. These people need to be reported to Attorney General .

When I had virtually completed my order for 15 masks, their website asked if I'd like to save 15%. I clicked "Yes," which led to an additional order of 15 masks. Immediately, I emailed trying to cancel the 2nd 15. I have sent numerous requests; never received a reply. Read the fine print on their website and tried to send a message, as directed, to return most of the masks after they arrived, being uncomfortable and lacking the qualities of fit for K95's. It was a non-existent email address. Then, I found this article from the New York Time's rating service of products. Hope Health Supply meets none of these requirements toward proof of legitimacy. My Mother ordered 15 masks from these people and she was unable to contact them after waiting 3 weeks. She contacted my Niece who looked into the company to find out that they were illegitimate. My Mom had to cancel her credit card because that's what you do when you've been scammed. Don't use these villians under any circumstances.

Appears to be a bait and switch operation with no interest in customer service. Most of the sites like this don't even stock the merchandise the advertise. They give legit businesses in Alabama a bad name and all that BS about a family, help for customers and such just a giant con job. The last time I fell for one of these, my debit card was compromised. My bank is being alerted. Stay away from these people. (Not that they care.)
