Total scam. Cant fulfill as promised and wont respond to service inquiries.

Unfortunately this company is a scam. I ordered several weeks ago and nothing shipped. The phone numbers that I had to search for says to call another number. When I finally called the last number for customer service I could find it says they are not answering calls due to high volume. I am now going to be disputing the charges with my credit card company. What a hassle. This company should be ashamed to scam people for medical supplies during a pandemic.

Same as the others. This place is incredibly incompetent or is a scam. Ordered. They debited my account. No order confirmation or shipping confirmation, nothing. No response to my several emails. Shame on these grifters! Disputing with my bank.

Do not do business with this company! I ordered face masks on Jan 6th and have not received them as of Jan 24th. I have sent 5 emails to them with no response! There is no functional customer support. When you call, the recording says all communications must be through their website. They do not respond to them even though they say they will by the next day.

Hope Health Supply is a scam. I ordered n95 masks and never received them. I contacted the company for a refund twice, via email and text, and received no response whatsoever. I looked for, but couldn't find a phone number.

Ordered masks and rapid tests and paid for expedited service. Heard nothing for over a week, no shipping notification, and no response to several emails. I had to cancel the order via PayPal. This company is either a scam or so incredibly incompetent that it appears as one.

Never arrived won't cancel Masks never arrived, won't cancel the order. I am frustrated and feel like this is a scam. Updated: I finally received the masks. They smell bad and are low quality, but they arrived. I would still not recommend.

Ordered KN95 masks early Jan 2021, inquired order status by email in one week, no response; then requested cancellation two days later, still no response. They lost my trust and earned a negative 1-star.
