Edit upon request 6/22/22: I opened the bags of masks delivered at the time, and the smell did go away quickly. As time went on, I started using these masks and in reality, they are the most comfortable and well fitting masks I've had. I understand back in Feb, it was a crazier time for manufacturing of these kinds of , products, however better communication [other than ads for more products emailed me!] would have been helpful in customer relations. 2/24/22 Agree with many of the reviews I am seeing below this. Just need to add my agreement so buyers realize this is all true. Ordered cause was told good company [by TV and ads - duh - fool me once....]. Order took MONTHS to come. I tried to cancel, could not. Finally figured I was ripped off and was going to file complaint to Pay Pal when the order came today. They STINK so bad of chemical, I am not sure I can wear them at all. Talk about "fake news and advertising"!

Don't buy from this company! The straps on the masks I ordered were too short so I wrote 3 times to ask for larger masks or a refund. I never received a reply during 6 weeks. They don't stand behind their products and have no customer service at all!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered KN-95 masks back in mid-December. The masks were listed as In Stock. After three weeks without receiving a shipping notice, I attempted to contact Customer Service. They have removed their phone number from the website so you can only contact them via email. No response despite numerous attempts. After eight weeks of waiting, I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Miraculously, the product shipped the day after the fraud claim was filed. I sourced the masks elsewhere so I no longer need them. There is no way to return the product so I basically wasted $100 with these fraudsters.

The first set of masks I ordered were good. The second order the straps detached from about half the masks when I went to put them on. Emailed multiple times with no response.

SO, I wrote a review on January 20th lambasting this company as everyone else has. I was totally frustrated with the lack of communication. I totally felt this was a scam company. Well. today, Feb. 18th, my order did in fact arrive and actually all seems totally OK with the order. I was this close to calling my cc company a few weeks back, but then received an email explaining basically that they were inundated with orders and to please be patient, your order will arrive. About 3 days ago, I started getting shipping updates, and lo and behold, today they arrived. They don't smell funny and all looks in order in relation to the masks AND the packaging (in the sense that all the spelling and grammar on all the packaging seems correct and professional......a sure sign something is up is when the packaging or emails have grammatical errors or the use of language is off). The masks were produced in Ningbo (a city South of Shanghai) AND has a production stamp on them (mine say January 5, 2022). If I were to guess, I would say, WHOEVER this company belongs to.........whether some little old lady working out of her house.....some college students....or a true businessman........they were probably overwhelmed with the orders we all put in the beginning of January (which is when I ordered mine, January 6th), and just had to wait for the new shipments to come into Arizona. I suspect they came by ship, and we all know how the ships have been backed up to an extent both here and China. I am not a mask expert, like most of us here...but they seem fine. They fit fine and are comfortable (I got the black ones). Biggest issue we all have is that damn hotline number that is useless. Anyway, I am shocked to say, I was not scammed-and I am satisfied with what they sent.....even if it DID take a month longer than they were expected to take to arrive. And of course, they need to fire whoever is in charge of communications. I don't think they get how frustrated most of us were/are with their customer service issues.

This company is a SCAM. They do not have customer service and are unresponsive to outreach via email. They misrepresent their products and I would caution anyone from using them.

I ordered masks from Hope Health Supply on 1/6/2022, and after a week of not hearing a peep, requested a response. No response. On 1/14/22 cancelled order. Again, no response. My credit card has been charged, yet I still have yet to receive a response as of 2/16/22. I am writing this as I contacted Hope Health Supply multiple times requesting that my order be cancelled - cancellation requests as early as 1/14. The ONLY response was that my order was being shipped! That was well over 5 weeks ago. Today the order arrived. I am asking Visa to get me a refund. This company is a sham and is scamming consumers. I am taking action today, not just with Visa with the FTC, the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB. This is the only way to ensure legal action (i.e., class action can occur), this company needs to be shut down and penalized.

I ordered the masks and test kit on Jan 6. I have NOT received the products, just periodic emails that my product has shipped. I am out $99 by this fraudulent company. I have sent emails, responded on their online chatbot, and tried to call (no phone available). This company is a fraud and their positive reviews are fake.
