I don't understand how these people can give this company bad reviews. I have purchased the masks in colors x 2 and tonight my 3rd order for black and white, 30 each at a great price. Good Fit for myself and my husband who has a prominent nose. Amazing breathability and good fit of the elastic straps. I can sing in the mask at church. The order arrives much slower than the company that starts with an A but this good company is not run by a billionaire! The quality is worth the wait. I suggest you plan ahead; don't wait til the last minute to reorder. I'm tempted to try the Immune Tablets but will wait.

Ordered and was charged but never received. When I finally got ahold of customer service that repeatedly stated I would receive in 2 days. Month's went y...still nothing. They were advertising a Philadelphia address that doesn't exist.then an Alabama address. Scammers! If you check their website all the reviews are positive...bought and paid for I suspect. They need to be shut down!

Worse than scam company. DO NOT BUY!! Ordered 30 masks in January. Credit card charged right away. A month later they hadn't even shipped. Tried calling (they tell you to email). Emailed several times asking for the order to be cancelled. No response. I told them I would not be accepting the package. Over a month is too late to deliver medical supplies, when you advertise 7-10 days shipping. Disputed the charge with Amex, which did refund the money. 6 weeks after ordering I receive the package, which I refused with UPS. 5 months later in July, I receive an email from Hope Health that I owe them the original amount plus $20 chargeback fee, or they are sending me to collections. AMEX can't help, except to block them on that credit card. Easier to pay than deal with the hassle.

Would give zero starts if I could. I ordered product in January of '22, and never received it. After waiting over a month and repeated attempts to contact the non-exsistent customer service, I cancelled with my credit card company. Today I get an email saying that product HAD been delivered, I owed for the masks AND a $20 'chargeback fee' and that if I didn't pay in 30 days I would be sent to collections. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Stick to your guns and tell them product was not recieved. I threatened legal action and the invoice was immediately removed by the company. Straight up COVID profiteers. They should be ashamed.

I ordered their KN95 masks in September 2021. They came in less than 10 days. They fit extremely well and are comfortable. They are durable and well made. It bothers me now when I read the reviews that what I am reading about quality and customer service is not what it was 8 months ago. It bothers me not only for other customers, but also because I am ready to order more N95 or KN95 masks.

I subscribed to get 60 masks every 3 months. The first shipment was great, exactly as advertised, 5-layer masks. The 2nd & 3rd shipments were completely different, 3-layer masks that wouldn't stop anything. I unfortunately didn't open the 2nd shipment until the 3rd shipment arrived. I tried 3 times to cancel the subscription. They JUST shipped another order of the masks, after I sent emails and cancelled on their web site. I tried to get into the web site to see the "manage subscription" page, but it says I don't have an account! How can I be getting a subscription of masks without an account?! I've submitted a fraud report with my credit card company. After 3 more emails, I finally got an email saying my subscription has been cancelled - and they sent it BEFORE they shipped the masks, but apparently their crappy masks are on the way. Horrible company. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. **Edit 7/4/2022- now they are finally reaching out to “help”. First they told me there was no difference between the first set of masks & the second. Then they didn’t stop my subscription until AFTER they shipped more masks & charged my credit card. They told my card company that I could have cancelled the subscription at any time- which I did, and they ignored. Don’t use this company.

EVERYONE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TO DISPUTE CHARGES AND YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED.My experience is the same as everyone else, my credit card company did investigate and refund. Maybe they will go out of business if they lose enough money. I previously ordered from this company KN 95 5 layer masks, good quality.Re-ordered and received completely different,thin,inside unfinished,rough,not safe,2 layer masks.Not as described, not as shown in picture, not the same as ones I previously received.I contacted the company and no response so after 2 weeks I contacted my charge company and filed a dispute. Several weeks later I received an email from them that was very generic and did not respond to my request to return/refund. What I received was definitely NOT KN95 masks and the company would not respond to my complaint.

This is by far one of the worst merchants I have ever dealt with online. After placing my order and waiting several weeks for it to be accepted, I attempted to contact them for an update by phone and email. Those attempts were ignored and I never received and response. I attempted to cancel the order—before it was ever processed, picked, or shipped—still no response. The order was eventually fulfilled against my request, and despite my having to order the same products from another vendor. No returns are accepted by the vendor. Only when I attempted to dispute the charge through my credit card company did they finally respond—to the bank stating that they were owed their money. I will never do business with this company again, and I will certainly warn people off whenever I can.
