This is what I sent to Hope Health: "In the past I purchased your kn95's (White) and every time I wore them more an 15 minutes I would develop blisters in the back of my throat...every time! I reached out to hope health regarding this issue and asked if the masks contained titanium dioxide and/or PFAS. I was assured they did not and I was sent a replacement package of the black kn95's to try. Today I had occasion to wear a black one for about an hour and once again the blisters are starting to erupt in the back of my throat. I am considering having these privately tested I look forward to your reply." Their response was vague: "The masks we sell are independently tested in a laboratory and commercially available for sale in accordance with relevant laws and regulations." I do not believe this is a reputable company ...they would have responded to my questions if they were. Plus these masks are made in China. Manufacturer is BUKREIN NINGBO IMP&EXP CO., LTD, Ningpo ,China

I would leave zero stars if I could! I ordered masks which took 1.5 months to arrive. Tried to contact via phone, voice message, email, etc and got no response except a computer generated message that they would get back to me (which they never did). Avoid at all costs!!

My situation is the same as a lot of other people on here. I ordered masks back in Jan that were supposed to get there in 7 to 10 days. After a few weeks with no update, I emailed several times to cancel my order since they wouldn't arrive when I needed them. After several emails with no response, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. The masks finally showed up a month later. Now 7 months after my order, I received an invoice of past due balance which included not only the original balance, but another tax charge and a $20 chargeback fee AND a threat to send me to collections if I didn't pay. This company is ridiculous and I can't believe it is doing this to so many other people. After reading the rest of these reviews, I also emailed back saying that I would only pay the original amount and WITHIN 3 MINUTES they responded with a new invoice with the tax and fees removed. Can't believe the terrible customer service and distasteful response to this situation.

I'm sharing an update to my previous review (which was deleted because it mentioned another company's name). My update is below with the original review below the update (edited to comply with review rules). UPDATE - This business is a failure on multiple levels - shipping, customer service, finance, and clearly management as the problems appear to be systemic. My experience is the same as others have reported: July 6 they sent me a notice saying I owed them for the masks (which I cancelled) plus a $20 chargeback fee AND a threat to go to a collections agency if I don't pay! Unbelievable how offensive and tone-deaf they are. I wrote back to them to remove the chargeback fee, and they responded quickly agreeing to this and sent a revised invoice. I paid to get this off my plate but wish I didn't have to pay them the full price, which they don't deserve. Any other company would have also given an additional discount or credit for future purchase to make amends, which I suggested but they only removed the chargeback fee. I had already cancelled the masks so I was not expecting the masks which appeared out of the blue in late February. In all that time they never responded to my emails or the credit card company (who confirmed they received zero response, therefore I won my dispute and they made my refund permanent). Original review: Same as others - no reply to multiple emails and calls to their numbers reach just a recording. I ordered on Jan. 3 and it's now Jan. 18. After sending two emails, I called 855-929-5312 which I found on the BBB site, should have checked there first as they're not BBB accredited, and the recording at that number referred me to 800-450-4482, which also was just a recording saying due to staff shortages and overwhelming demand they're handling calls through their "eticket" system at the email address hello @ hopehealthsupply dot com. But you get no response, no acknowledgement. So while I've been waiting, I ordered masks from two other places and received them in just a few days. Almost immediately they charged me for the masks but I have no evidence of it having shipped - normal practice is to charge only after shipping the product. I'll be calling my credit card to get a refund and warn them about this business. Their reviews must be fake on their site. Positive reviews as recent as Jan. 17 show up on their site but can't be possible given my experience and others based on the reviews here. Media sources who cited Hope Health in their articles should amend their recommendations.
