I ordered a Christmas sweater on Thanksgiving (November 28th), as of 12/27 I still haven’t received. Per other negative reviews on long shipping times, they say send us an email if it’s been over a month for a refund. I did this and they basically said “sorry, it’s in transit” and are not refunding. According to the USPS tracking # it’s been sitting in a shipping partner facility since 12/16, and USPS is still awaiting the item. Hooktab made zero reference to long shipping times when I originally made the purchase. I’m doubtful I ever receive the product, and if I do, a Christmas sweater received in January (or later) doesn’t have much use for me. I would never purchase from Hooktab again.

Don’t expect to actually recieve anything from this company. All they do is make shipping labels, they don’t actually ship anything.

Very long delivery - I am waiting 25 days an it not delivered yet!!! Also, they have incorrect support email and u can’t cancel order in 24h due that!!!

Never received an item that I purchased - it has been a month since the shipping label was created and no updates have been received since December 9th.

This is by far the worst Christmas sweater I own. For the same price, you can get proper Christmas sweaters from Merchoid or similar providers. The quality is atrocious. The photos on the website make the sweater look decent, but that is misleading. • Seams: The sweater has seams in the usual places, but they are crooked and poorly done. Additionally, they are stitched with very visible white thread. • Other hems: The hems shown in the pictures do not match the actual product. The hems on the real sweater look much less refined. • Printed pattern: The pattern is printed onto the essentially white sweater using a method that only applies the design to the topmost layer. As soon as the fabric wrinkles even slightly, you can immediately see white “cracks” in the pattern. Furthermore, the customer support is not very helpful. Initially, I received replies in broken German, but then they stopped responding altogether. Since I’ve now seen the same sweaters with identical images on other websites, I strongly suspect it’s dropshipping.

I should have known to contact my credit card company as soon as I didn’t get a legit confirmation email. Instead it was a PayPal receipt from Nguyễn Thị Kim Anh; I didn’t pay through PayPal. The sweatshirt showed up weeks later and was not sweater material. The stitching around the neck was so coarse it left a rash on my neck just from trying it on. When I requested to return it, I got the run around offering to send me another one that wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas or a 20% refund. This company says it’s in New Mexico, but the package arrived from California and when you try to return it there is something about a warehouse to bring it to in Texas. The shirt and company is obviously from China. I am still working to get a return label so I can mail it back for a refund.

Really bad idea to order from them, I would advise against it and to find themed merch elsewhere. Overpriced and subpar and stonewalls you on returns. I ordered different sweaters/shirts. The material of the clothing merchandise is very thin and rigid. The website says it has a “no-regrets” 14 day return policy, but they will try to only allow for returns if you can PROVE the merchandise is defective, they don’t care if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the quality.
