Last year, late December, I ordered a Christmas sweater from Hooktab (which I suspect is the same company as GullPrint, which is also unreliable). As of today, the sweater has not yet arrived. The first time they couldn't find my address (even though they managed to deliver an order there about a year ago). So I provided them with the address from a relative of mine. That was three weeks ago and the product still has not arrived. Will not order from Hooktab again. EDIT: after placing this review I suddenly got a reply from Hooktab in which they showed the product has arrived in my country. EDIT 2: product arrived at my home.

As of writing this, it has been six weeks since I ordered from this website and still have yet to receive anything.

I never received my order. I am very upset. This was supposed to be a very speacial Christmas present. Please send me what I ordered!!!

Quality is really poor. It took me almost one month to get the product. Give it one star for the quick response.
