The sweater is ok. It's a little thin and sizing runs a little small. Shipping took FOREVER. No indication when I ordered on black Friday that I wouldn't have it for Christmas. "Order complete" notification in 2 days. Lots of fake shipping scans and fake updates. Weeks go by and it finally arrived January 4. Ridiculous.

I have two problems with this company. First when I was ordering the product, I had a decline credit card error. I reentered my info and thought nothing of it. Lo and behold I suddenly get a duplicate order. I call them and say why do I have a duplicate order. I want to return it but they say only 30% refund. I argue then they go to 50% refund. I contacted my credit card company to get the thing swiped. The second problem is the quality. It is poorly put together. The seams are off. Again getting it replaced I have to haggle with these people. Hopefully I can get my money back on the duplicate, but please DO NOT BUY from these people at all.

Asking for a review and still haven’t received a shipping or delivery date. Ordered on December 14th.

I ordered three sweaters. They arrived in an acceptable amount of time. FYI they are really not sweaters but printed shirts but I was OK with that for the price. Sleeves are a bit short, the collar is big. They run small with all of my other shirts and sweaters. The issue is one of the sweaters the word Krampus is spelled Kampus. I have contacted the company twice via email in four days. I contacted them via SMS text messages yesterday from their support section of the website and have yet to hear back from them. After the holiday season they are not motivated to fix anything and may just have a new name next year. Custmer service is non-existent. Seems like they are just a reseller of these shirts from another company so little concern for customers.

I do not recommend, pictures are not good and you by something which is not the quality you want for example a long sleeve tee shirt print as a sweater in place of the real sweater..

Ordered a Mario kart ugly Christmas sweater and boy it is ugly, but not in the good way. On the images on the website it looks pretty good but in reality not. The sweater looks more like a soccer shirt instead of a sweater and also the sizing is off. I ordered a M size and the arms are very long and big but the length of the shirt itself is quite short. This looks very weird and feels uncomfortable as well. This is not worth the money and I don’t dare to go to the office with this. I’m actually feeling sad because the design for the rest is quite nice and cool. Anyway 2 stars because it got delivered from China in time for Christmas.

These are not knitted! Looked like a nice knitted xmas sweater but its just cheap. They were nice about it. But still, if you want a nice sweater, this is not it

I ordered my Christmas Sweater on November 29th and received an email saying that it shipped on December 3rd with a USPS tracking number and that USPS was awaiting the item from the shipper which made sense since the label was created that day. However when I check the tracking number again one week later, USPS still shows that they are awaiting the item from the shipper. Sent an email inquiring about the status of my order that ultimately bounced but somehow ended up getting an email that my order was completed with no update to the tracking number. Getting very concerned based on other reviews showing similar situations and am considering issuing a dispute if there isn't another update by next week as I was hoping to have this in time for Christmas and taking over two weeks to ship an item is pretty ridiculous Update 12/18/24 I received my order at long last. Sadly was a bit disappointed in the quality of the christmas "sweater." It's not a sweater more so like a long sleeve graphic t-shirt as it is pretty thin. The quality is a bit questionable as well as you can tell it was printed on and not stitched in like other high quality sweater companies. Was excited for this sweater and was interested in buying more as they carry designs of some of my favorite franchises but will unlikely order from here again. Additional context, their support did reach out to me to provide an update which was appreciated but the response and updates to the tracking info did not align so I was in the dark as to where my package was until it arrived at my door
