I ordered my Christmas Sweater on November 29th and received an email saying that it shipped on December 3rd with a USPS tracking number and that USPS was awaiting the item from the shipper which made sense since the label was created that day. However when I check the tracking number again one week later, USPS still shows that they are awaiting the item from the shipper. Sent an email inquiring about the status of my order that ultimately bounced but somehow ended up getting an email that my order was completed with no update to the tracking number. Getting very concerned based on other reviews showing similar situations and am considering issuing a dispute if there isn't another update by next week as I was hoping to have this in time for Christmas and taking over two weeks to ship an item is pretty ridiculous Update 12/18/24 I received my order at long last. Sadly was a bit disappointed in the quality of the christmas "sweater." It's not a sweater more so like a long sleeve graphic t-shirt as it is pretty thin. The quality is a bit questionable as well as you can tell it was printed on and not stitched in like other high quality sweater companies. Was excited for this sweater and was interested in buying more as they carry designs of some of my favorite franchises but will unlikely order from here again. Additional context, their support did reach out to me to provide an update which was appreciated but the response and updates to the tracking info did not align so I was in the dark as to where my package was until it arrived at my door

Took a couple weeks but the products did arrive and they were in good shape. Great quality and even though they're supposed to be ugly Christmas sweaters, got tons of compliments when I wore then out. Highly recommend!

When I submitted the order, there was immediately a technical issue that took my money but did not confirm the order. It got resolved when texting customer service. After the order being received, it took them 2 full weeks to prepare it and send me a confirmation email. Now, it's taking 2 weeks to ship it, as it is produced and shipped from China, not USA. But with American prices. Their explanation: "As all our products are printed on-demand, they may take 1-2 business days of sorting, 3-7 business days of production, 1-2 business days of sorting for shipping and 7- 14 business days of shipping . Normally, our customers receive within 15- 25 business days." Reality: another fake western company that simply mass produces their overpriced and poor quality (see other reviews) products in China

This is my second time leaving a review for this terrible company. After my first review, they requested more information from me via Trustpilot. I sent them the requested information and was told to wait a few more days since the tracking status had not been updated for two weeks. I waited a few days and still received nothing nor has the tracking status been updated. Still unable to get a hold of anyone via the phone number listed on the site. I don’t understand how this company has received any legitimate good reviews. Unless they are paying for them. Take my advice, do not waste your money on this company. **update** This company emailed me again stating they will refund my money for my order but I should receive the order and I can keep it as a gift. Even had the audacity to request that I remove my review. Still haven’t received my order.

Ordered Christmas Sweater November 30th, was told on 4 December it had shipped. When I check the tracking number on USPS, it says they are still waiting for package from shipper.

Package was lost by the carrier and severely delayed but it was no fault of Hooktab Hooktab, while a bit slow at communication, did work with me and the sweater arrived in time for my work function so I have updated my review to 5 stars. Would consider doing business with them again in the future.

I have read in other reviews that they order by mistake an M size i.o. the size required. This mistake is caused by the webstore as it goes to the default size M on every change you make or search task. Hooktab does NOT return on ordering the wrong size, ONLY when the design is a misprint or when damaged (how can you check this?). I received a message that I can't send the sweater back, because "their system" registrered I did order size M (due to the default reset). Duh. Please do not order from webstores like Hooktab where you can only return goods after approval of the webstore itself.

This is a scam website. They steal their designs from Anime Ape, then print the designs on poorly seen sweaters that fall apart after one wash. Hooktab claims their location is in New Mexico, but they're actually located overseas. They send emails stating "your order has shipped" yet USPS is still waiting for the package a week later. I've emailed them twice and been ignored twice. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOOKTAB. I regret my order from them tremendously, as I'm now neck deep in the process of disputing the charge.
