I have not received my order, HTB357510, which was placed on 11/18 and shipped 11/20. USPS has not received the shipment which has reportedly been in the city of USPS since 12/10. There was no mention of orders not arriving by Christmas. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company as it misrepresented delivery time on their website and in email communication. I just want to receive my order but at this point I doubt I will order anything from their company again.

I made an order for a Christmas sweater on Nov29 in hopes of having it before the holidays. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I was under the idea that I would receive the sweater in time as I received an email telling me item has shipped on Dec2 with usps tracking included. So now I’ve been able to watch the item sit in a shipping center since then I even got another email that said my item Is on the way but it still sitting in NJ. I’m a bit frustrated as I was under the impression I’d have the Christmas sweater before the holidays were over. I’m not unreasonable I understand it’s a wacky time of year for orders and shipping as I do some of that work myself but I also know if you’ve printed a shipping slip and it’s moved to be ready for pick up it’s just sitting on a shelf or it’s just an outright scam.

Still haven’t received my sweater they showed shipped on November 27 but the shipper shows not received until December 9. Sweaters still aren’t even in the country. Advertising Christmas sweaters into December when you know you have to order them in September if you want any chance of having them in time for Christmas is deceitful at best

I ordered a sweater on November 27.. still don’t have the sweater on December 17.. this email asking for a review is the first I’ve heard from this company since I ordered I GOT THE SWEATER TODAY ON DEC 19 the product is fine I wish writing a bad review wasn’t the only way to get their attention but I really had zero communication from hooktab until they asked for a review. I couldn’t even figure out if I had ordered the sweater the white elephant party I bought it for was last Sunday so I had to buy something else.. I updated one star to three stars

As of this moment I still haven’t actually received my sweaters, and I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed. I ordered them in November. According to the tracking info, it has been sitting in LA for almost 3 weeks now. I could understand some delays with how close to Christmas I sent this order, but this is ridiculous. Order # HTB365562 Further update: they contacted me and let me know the would try and get it shipped ASAP and that it can take up to 25 for me to receive it. I replied and simply asked for a refund after 4 days with no update on movement. They responded with an apology but a refusal to refund unless it still hasn’t moved in a week. Final Update: I got my refund. Hate how much noise I felt I had to make to get my money back, but I appreciate getting my money back. Hope they work out their logistical and quality issues.

I was lead to believe that I was ordering a SWEATER & instead I received a SHIRT. Was not happy, it was suppose to be a Bud Light Ugly Christmas Sweater. Was not at all what I expected!!

Absolutely a scam. The sweater I ordered was made of the cheapest fabric possible. No one would ever wear this and you can't contact customer service over the phone. Horrible. DO NOT BUY!

Very unprofessional I made a purchase and still haven’t received my sweater. It’s been two months now hook tab. Send me emails telling me to be patient. Still haven’t received an update on my sweater. Asked for a refund several times no response now.
