I received my order today, I was overwhelmingly pleased with the quality of the neck gaiters. I submitted a previous review on 5/19/20 and gave a review rating of 1 star because of the length of time it was taking to receive my order (original order date of 4/13/20). I received a call from Hook 360 and they apologized for the delay and provided a great explanation of the circumstances, I was impressed with how much they seemed to care. I received my order today and a follow up call from Hook 360 making sure I was happy with the product. Great products, I will be ordering from Hook 360 again. I'm not going to let a pandemic adversely affect this review, 5 stars for exceptional products and great service.

Even though delivery took a little longer due to the pandemic; the gaiters were well worth the wait. Great customer service! Thank you😷👍🏻

It took awhile to get them. I like the way they packaged them no plastic used. The color and material is really nice thank you.

I love the gaiters I ordered. Living in Florida makes it hot and humid most of the year so these gaiters are great for outdoors and I can still use them for protection. Very light and breathable . My order arrived as expected and the company kept me informed. It’s great being part of the Hook 360 family !

I ordered on 4/30 and have tried to contact through messenger multiple times and can't get a response. I understand things take longer right now but just want an update on my order #5301.

Curious why all the responses are to the positive reviews!!! Similarly, I've sent multiple emails but no response. How about answering the emails and providing some update. If gaiters are not being packed and shipped, perhaps the time could be spent replying to your customer base, who at this point, may be one and done!

I’m in the same boat as many. I ordered my gaters on 4/30. I still have not seen anything, gaters or a response to my previous attempt to contact. I understand in these times, with all that is happening, delivery times may vary. I would just like an update on my order (order #5103). I gave three stars still hoping and having faith I’m gonna receive my order soon.

This product is amazing, extremely comfortable and Versatile, while also have amazing designs. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone.
