I don have recive my stuff in I need my money back

No trust here. Have not received anything from Hook 360 regarding shipping of my item (a neck gaiter), and have not received any reply from their 'customer service' contact form which I submitted inquiring as to the disposition of my order. Will be contacting my cc company to get my $ back. (this was written 2 weeks after making my order.) #Revision. Perhaps Hook saw my review. I did receive my order with a bonus (junk to me) gaiter. Certainly don't like having to jump through hoops to get what I ordered. I received nothing in the way of an apology or explanation. Upgrading to 2 stars.

I placed an order July 13 for gaiters that were supposedly "in stock." It's now Aug 3, and no sign of them.

Update: Not sure if they're still in business. I've been waiting a month for Hook 360 to send me the correct items. Nothing. I've sent an email and an automated Cust. Svc. message asking for an update with no response. I also called the phone number that is shown on their web site. Got the ole "This number is no longer in service" message. Great sale on gaiters. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong items. Will update once situation is corrected.

Well, I will first say that I was happy they were on sale,4 for $20. The problem is only one of them is useable. The other 3 were so tight I could hardly get them on. I was really hopeful I would have all of them fit. I'm staring to fish tournaments and I need to stay protected. I will say the one that fits,is great.

I ordered the swim trunks in size 34. They are way too big and seem like they should be for someone with a 38 waist. I washed them hoping they would shrink but they didnt so now i just waisted me money.

I ordered 2 long sleeve fishing TShirts from Hook 360. The XL shirts that I ordered where two different sizes. The long sleeve white shirt is skin tight and the other long sleeve is twice the size. The other shirt was supposed to be royal blue but it came in dark navy blue. I emailed their customer service and got no response. I will not be doing any more business with Hook 360 nor recommend to friends.

Product was great. Got a delivery notice from USPS that I had to pay $12 to deliver my package. I tried to contact Hook 360 and got no reply. I payed for shipping when I purchased products then payed another $12 shipping to USPS and never heard a reply from customer service. Very disappointed in their service.
