Bought gaiters for sailing & skiing. Got four of them for the family because they were running a promotion. Lots of styles that I didn't like, but I found 4 that would work. Order arrived with 5 gaiters, but only 2 were styles that I ordered. (Three were pretty ugly.) Wrote customer service and offered to return the ugly three. Was told to keep the ugly ones and they'd send the correct ones. Never heard from them again. Won't return emails. Phone is disconnected. Out of business?

Took too long to process and ship my order. Good products though. No complaints there.

Comfy material, but it's only camo printed on one side. The other side is white, which will work for winter camo, but I would have preferred camonon both sides Also, the hook logo is printed in white on the Camo side. If you just want this for camping or fishing, you're set, but if you want something tactical, go for a dedicated camo or dark color option.

Within minutes of hitting send for my purchase. I realized I ordered the wrong size shirt. I sent 2 immediate emails to ask for a size change before order was sent. No response other than 10/19/2022 Order #17461 confirmed & 10/25/2022 your order (#17461) was shipped

3 shirts were wrong size I asked s for 2XL and I got just XL

Order came nice and fast. Have all things I ordered. But didn’t realize that neck gaiters were fleeced lined. Not what I thought coming.

Good product, but was shipped the wrong color shirt. Talked to the owner, very nice, he told me to keep the wrong shirt and he would send a correct one when available. That was 6 weeks ago. No response to calls and email.

Order got messed up and did not receive until after my vacation.
