1st order delayed due to covid mess, was lost, they shipped me a 2nd order. 1st order arrived, replacement order a few days later. They made it right told me to keep 2nd order. Upstanding company.

1 star only because No star is available. Ordered my package on 4/13/20. Called and left several voicemails. Sent 4 email, no response. No communication. On 5/25/20 I received a tracking number email. As of today 6/1/20 the tracking number shows label created but package not process.

I gave them 1 star only because zero stars wasn't a choice. Ordered on 4/12 didn't receive until 5/23 but no communication as to order status. Sent several emails. Once I received my order, it was wrong. Sent 3 emails to get it corrected, still haven't heard from them. Buyer beware....

I placed my order on 4/9/2020 and just received it today, 6/1. I sent multiple emails asking for updates after I got a tracking number on 5/4, but it wasn't actually shipped until last week. None of my emails were responded to. In the shipment, I got the wrong items. I sent another email that I’m sure will also be ignored. I have no intention of wearing these because I don’t want to promote this company. Just 1 mass email every few weeks would have made a difference for all the complaints. It would have taken 20 minutes.

This place advertises 7-14 business days to ship. I understand these times are tough. We can't find anywhere to track our order, so assuming they never shipped it yet and order was placed May 19 (14 days ago), don't know if they are slammed or what the heck, just left a message today to get some help, SLOOOOOOOW SERVICE!!

I'm in the same boat as many of the reviews I've seen here. I made a purchase on 5/3 (ORDER #5385), have emailed the company multiple times to ask for an update, and have heard absolutely nothing. I purchased from this company because it said their gaiters would ship in 12-15 days, which seemed reasonable under present circumstances, but now it has been almost a month. I fully understand that this is an extremely difficult time for everyone but it's very frustrating that the company will not respond to emails. They also haven't updated anything on their website about these items taking much longer than advertised.

I would have given a 5 star review but it took almost 2 months to get the products I ordered. I do understand the Covid -19 situation had a big impact on this, but HOOK 360 did put through my payment when the order was placed. I did receive an email with a shipping label but still didn't recieve my products for about 6 weeks. Other than this issue. I would have to say I really like the product I recieved and even received an extra neck gaiter for my inconveniece. The product was much more comfortable than some of the other products out there and I will be using these long after the Covid 19 pandemic is over.

Fairly new company that has quality merchandise. I'm sure its difficult starting a business during this period.Customer service has greatly improved and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
