Outstanding company! Yes, it took longer to get my order than I thought it would, but I understand that the demand exploded by adding the COVID mask crowd to the usual customer base. They even sent me an extra gaiter at no charge because of the longer than anticipated wait. Be patient, folks. The product is definitely worth it!

I still haven't gotten what ive ordered its been 20 days and i emailed the to check up on it and no response yet Update they finally got back with me and are working on getting my order to me Got my package and they are amazing really great quality product guys

Thought I was gonna be pleasantly surprised when the package came today, instead of Saturday. Would have been changing my previous review a bit. But was again utterly disappointed yet again. Seems they sent only 2 that I ordered, along with 2 that I guess is what they decided I neede instead of what I ordered. My fleece one was supposed to be hunting camo and is white with grey lines. Where I live nothing is white during hunting season, so it is useless to me. The other was supposed to be Balck and White camo, and is leafy woodland. I would reach out to them, but since they do not respond to any messages, emails or phone calls, I have am order that is only half of what I wanted. Don't see how they stay in business.

Hook 360 has now come to New York !!! I ordered gaiters for my children who dreaded wearing masks during this pandemic. Knowing how crazy things are in the world nowadays, I expected some sort of delay because of supply and demand, as well as from shipping backlogs. When I had a question regarding the time frame I just simply reached out via Messenger from their Facebook page and the very next day they reached out to me. After a long conversation, I was blown away and very impressed with Hook 360’s dedication to those that serve our communities and country, as well as doing their best to help people get through these tough times. Even after receiving the gaiters, I have had a few conversations with them. How cool is that, definitely not used to that. Oh, getting back to the gaiters, my kids 14 and 16 absolutely love them. They are really soft on the skin, look great and now don’t mind leaving the house where a face covering is required. As for myself, I am already planning to “borrow” my son’s gaiters for when I mow the lawn, but already know how that will turn out, so expect another order from us :-). For those that are still waiting for their gaiters, have faith, they are coming and I know you will all be as impressed as I was. UPDATE: Since my review, I have received my thin blue line gaiter from the Hook 360 team. After serving in the NYPD and retiring, as well as having multiple 9/11 illnesses, this thin blue line gaiter means so much to me. It is unbelievable !!! Honestly, I’m not sure if I should wear it or frame it. As far as my thin blue line gaiter is concerned, I’m pretty sure that my son is going to try swipe it from me. Thank you to the Hook 360 team, keep on pumping those orders out !!!

I couldn't be happier. Yes it took longer than expected. I did not receive the correct merchandise, but I received quality neck gators. I received awesome customer service. What I received was better than what I ordered. Thank you Hook 360, you have earned our support through honesty and quality.

We received our products and are very happy with the quality and construction of the products. The shipping took 6 weeks but with everyone scrambling for face coverings I am not surprised. I received a a Phone call from customer service to see how I liked the products and if I had any questions. I appreciate that kind gesture and communication. I placed my second order today! Loving my Hook 360😀
