I had to give it one star because there wasn’t a no star. There is no way to reach this company, no phone number and I emailed them with no answer so tried emailing again and it wouldn’t let me. I hate this vacuum and I guess I’m just out $300.00. Do not order anything from this company.

No faith in this company! Two weeks after ordering I had heard nothing except that my order had been received. Website said deliveries are expected to arrive in 3-7 business days. For the next several days I emailed daily (couldn't find any phone number) asking for information about my order. After 6 emails to them, I received a response saying they cancelled my order as per my request and "payment has not yet been refunded". I did NOT request a cancelation (although its probably for the best). Now, will they refund me? We'll see.

Estoy intentando contactar con atención al cliente para solicitar un recambio del cepillo que ya no gira de la escoba eléctrica S12 comprada hace 2 años y no obtengo ninguna respuesta.

Trying to contact this outfit without an order number is hopeless. They also ask for a phone number but both landline and mobile numbers are not accepted. I am trying to report a fault, but have lost the order number. If you need good simple customer service, do not buy from this lot.

EL robot G20 Pro, comprado en abril 2024, se ha cansado de fregar. Es como si no existiera el depósito. Al principio fregaba porque tenía una grieta en el depósito. Me enviaron uno nuevo en junio de 2024, y poco después dejó de mojar el suelo. Llevo casi un mes escribiendo al email del servicio técnico y no contestan. El formulario de contacto de la Web tampoco recibe (da error y no pasa el mensaje). Tiene pinta de que han desaparecido. No os creáis las reseñas 5 estrellas, las compran ofreciendo beneficios/regalos/descuentos... a los que acaban de comprar y aún no tienen problemas.

My v8 pro malfunctioned after 8 months so had to contact honiture. Didn’t expect much after reading so many negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised that my email was answered in 4 days. Had to send video of malfunction. Received response next day acknowledging that it wasn’t repairable and sent new vacuum 5 days later. So my experience was very good. Extremely happy

Our Robovac was great but then stopped working. After a very lengthy and frustrating period trying to get help with a product which failed under guarantee, Danny from Honiture stepped in, got everything resolved and sent me a new unit. First class service!
