After looking for while for cordless hoover decided to buy the Honiture x7. Wow this is amazing so quite even on the highest speed. So glad I chose this cordless hoover.

Recently I made a review for the awful customer service from Honiture as I ordered cleaning bundle but I received Cordless vacuum and Evri lost my T10 robot. I contacted to Evri as tracking showed they received it but Evri did not take any responsibility. I contacted to Honiture according to website but no response. But I started to have lots of reply since I made review on Trustpilot. Finally, Honiture sent me a new robot on Friday even though Evri did not take any responsibility for the lost.

Tuve un problema con un accesorio que pedí de forma incorrecta y siempre han actuado de buen fe intentando buscar soluciones. Desde ofertarme su mejor aspirador con un descuento que cubria el gasto que habia hecho hasta ofrecerme un reembolso parcial. Contento con honiture, la unica pega es la falta de repuestos en mi honiture s13 de hace dos años.

My G20 has started spinning around when activated. When the charge button is pressed, the robot goes into a reverse mode without turning away from obstructions and instead remain pushing back against the obstruction. I have submitted a complaint on the Honiture website as well as sent an email to the afterservice email address but no response.

After 10 months, I finally heard back from Honiture apologizing for their poor response to my request to return the X7 cordless vacuum cleaner I had inadvertently purchased. It was an unexpected surprise. They graciously offered to provide me with a partial refund for which I am grateful.

Item was delivered on time And have used it for a while and found as good as any Vacuum I have used in the past

Ich habe im März einen Honiture T10 Staubsauger bestellt und auch gut erhalten. Bei der Nutzung gab es ein Problem mit dem Wassertank, also habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Nach ein paar E-Mails, um die Ursache zu klären, stellte sich heraus, dass der Tank defekt war.Das Team war wirklich top – sie haben mir schnell einen neuen Tank geschickt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Staubsauger: er ist effizient, leise und hilft mir wirklich enorm im Alltag.Ich bin begeistert von meinem Kauf – ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!
