3 months into using Honeydew and we could not be happier. My son’s acne is almost gone and he is feeling much better about himself. Very responsive practitioners .

Very pleasant....
My initial consultation was very fast and the physician I met with via video chat was extremely pleasant to talk to. Monthly visits are completed on your own time and you receive a response from the physician based on your input in the visit. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. My medication always shows up on time and I would recommend using a pharmacy that Honeydew partners with to avoid stocking issues with local pharmacies.

My experience was pretty good I got my medication covered by my insurance and were ready to pick up almost the next day. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to contact their chat to get a medication that hasn’t been yet approved by insurance because you have to reach out to them but they usually respond pretty fast but overall it’s a great online service.

Late to remind me on due dates
Late to remind me on due dates, messed up my prescription so I’m having to stay another month on 40mg vs. 60, inattentive to my notes on monthly updates.

If you’re on the fence, DO IT!
Honeydew made the entire process of receiving skincare seamless and so easy. They listened to my needs and were quick to respond with excellent advice and guidance while using isotretinoin. More crucial, they are always at the ready to assist and have excellent response times to any questions and concerns I have along the way. In a few months, Honeydew accomplished what three dermatologists and two years of fruitless visits could not; clear skin.

Fantastic
