I had the best treatment with Honeydew Care. My provider Austin is great! The patient care coordinators do an excellent job. I would recommend Honeydew Care to anyone needing dermatological care.

I stumbled upon honeydew when I was at my lowest with my acne. Ashley the provider was so helpful with this accutane journey. My care coordinators Courtney & Michaela were there for me with anything I needed during this process. This was the simplest, easiest, most effective way to get my acne completely clear in 8 months. I’ve never felt more confident and HIGHLY recommend this service. I’m almost sad it’s over but forever grateful!

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Very little communication at the beginning of what needed to be done which delayed getting care. My daughter was in college in a different state and communicated that she would be moving for the summer and honeydew did not take the proper steps to ensure her medication would not be interrupted. Getting her prescription filled has continually been a problem, with prescriptions getting canceled for no reason or the wrong doctors sending in prescriptions. I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 because they have always been very nice on the phone and seem sympathetic assuring us the the supervisor will take over to make sure things are communicated but then that doesn’t actually happen. I call almost every month with a problem and it is beyond frustrating. We chose honeydew because we thought it would be more convenient than seeing a dermatologist in person and it has been the biggest headache ever. Skip this company and just see a dermatologist in person.

It is a very misleading website. It says “accepts insurance” which it does but only for the medication. You have to pay at least $300 for the service. If you don’t have insurance, then this may be a good option however, if you do have insurance, my advice would be to not use this service as there is no reason to pay that astronomical price out-of-pocket for a video visit with a dermatologist especially this day in age, there are many healthcare organizations that offer video visits which can be billed to insurance

This was a thorough yet easy process and allowed my son to microdose Accutane. This is his second round of Accutane. His first round was successful, temporarily, and he had terrible bloody noses, severely dry eyelids, and joint pain. His dermatologist wouldn’t allow him to microdose. Now on round two on a low dose, he is seeing significant improvement after only one month with no side effects.

The honeydew team is helpful and responsive. Thank god I found them after apostrophe closed, they were able to get me an even better formula of my creams! Thanks honeydew!!
