Scheduled an appointment , they canceled I missed the reschedule due to no reminder. Rescheduled again, but was called into work (I texted them before the meeting to let them know I can’t make it). They then billed me a 25$ fee before I even signed up 😭 Brother I will not be paying that. The loss of a customer over a 25$ fee is crazy to me.

The doctor was friendly (I knew what treatment I needed already so can’t really speak regarding level of knowledge). The main issue is that I can’t access my treatment information without being forced onto an ad filled cluttered mess of a home page. It makes the entire experience unnecessarily annoying and stressful. This is a medical service. I do not want a ‘refer a friend bonus’ advertisement or any other ad where my medical information is. It’s completely unprofessional and not at all appropriate. I reached out about this already, and it does not seem like anyone is in any hurry to address this anytime soon. I was intrigued by the convenience of using an online dermatologist, but I ultimately don’t think this service is going to be for me.

It was added in response to requests from many patients who wanted an easy way to share Honeydew with friends and family. My old skincare company, Apostrophe, shut down. Honeydew was very accommodating in transferring over my prescriptions. The nurse practitioner was very nice and informative. My appointment only took a few minutes and my prescriptions arrived within a few days. My only negative thoughts are, my old company did not charge a monthly subscription fee and you did not need to have a telehealth visit, which I really liked.
