I’ve had a great experience with Honeydew! My coordinator Sariah J and provider Emily have both supported me throughout this journey. They have worked with my health insurance to get them to cover my prescriptions, including any appeals process. Sariah is quick which I appreciate! All my meds and labs were covered by my insurance. For the first time in my LIFE I have clear skin, and I could not be happier ❤️

After taking their word and trusting them that all the medications they put me on would be safe, I ended up in the hospital and almost needed a liver transplant. General customer experience was not good either, the doctor I was appointed too at one point asked ME what medication I thought would be best, insane.

Chris and my provider are very nice. The entire process is easy and they walk you through all the steps.
