The staff are extremely helpful, warm, and answer all of my questions. I’ve struggled a lot with receiving appropriate help/medication from my primary care doctor(s) for my long term acne issues— and tried just about every treatment before this. Honeydew made getting on accutane very easy and affordable, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It can be quite a hard process to get onto the actual medication (blood tests, pregnancy tests, etc.), and I unfortunately had a hard time with my local lab submitting my information on time and had to do a few tests over. The Honeydew staff were very sympathetic to my situation, and even added some credits to my account to help cover the cost of the new test I needed to take— which they absolutely did not have to do but was very sweet. If you order medications/products through them— they are often cheaper and arrive really fast as well! 10/10! Anyone looking to get on accutane should definitely consider Honeydew.

The care I have received is individualized and consistent. I’m so thankful for this organization and the services they provide. As someone who works full time and is in school full time having access to this service 100% online has been a true blessing. I’ve been prescribed accutane through my dermatologist before, but when I needed another round I tried HoneyDew. What an excellent website! It’s so much easier to get my medication since HoneyDew does all the work with iPledge. Kristin, my customer service representative, has always been so informative and helpful, which makes all the difference. I’m happy I found this company and will continue to keep using it!

I don’t often leave reviews but when the customer service is this great I have to. I’ve had so many headaches dealing with Dermatologists but I was recommended to Honeydew and I have had the best experiences since. Every question answered within the hour. My psoriasis is finally under control. 12/10 experience with the entire staff from Dr. Elizabeth Cooper to my care coordinator Michelle B, down to everyone I interact with. I’m glad I’m leaving this review because they deserve it after years of frustration with my skin issues.
