Honeydew scammed me into spending hundreds on blood work. When I first signed up I was told I would only need to do blood work once or twice. Each blood draw cost me about $300. I'm very rural and healthcare is very expensive. I'm also uninsured so this is cash pay. Once the program started my dashboard kept saying I needed to do monthly blood work so I went in and did it. After finally complaining that I was having to do blood work monthly and it was costing me too much. They looked at it and said I didn't need to do any. A waste of hundreds of dollars for 3 months extra of blood work that I didn't need to do. Question everything if you sign up for this program especially if it's a charge. Definitely a money grab and they don't care.

I’ve overall been having a great experience using honeydew. It’s definitely nerve racking doing all this online but every time I get confused -which has been rare- they are soo helpful and responsive. Anytime I have any concerns I get immediate reply’s to fix the solution. I had also called about something super late in the day about a purchase mistake I made and the lady over the phone was so so kind and helpful it made my night. Really love this company!!

They seemed to have a solution for all of my questions and concerns - even finding me solutions for the cost to help me obtain treatment. I felt very well taken care of and appreciate their understanding and helpfulness every step of the way. Also - the results are amazing!

Honeydew literally changed my life. Went from oily terrible skin with new pimples almost every day to completely clear skin within a couple of months. I haven’t had oil/acne in the past 6 months now and my skin is glowing and has had the chance to finally heal. My care team has been nothing but helpful and understanding. They answer all my question. So far I've only physically met my doctor once, but she always give me a detailed response to my photos and answer all of my questions. I really enjoy not going to a physical office to meet with a dermatologist.

We used Honeydew for my teenage son's Accutane treatment and had a great experience. Our care team was thorough and attentive, the price was great, and his skin looks excellent.
