Honeycomb is super friendly and gave me great services. I was having a hard time finding insurance in San Francisco After receiving the non-renewal notice from AmGuard, with whom I have been insured for 20 years with no claim. agents at Honeycomb are responsive, prompt, and attentive to my needs.

Cancelling all my polices I rate after they have been approved which is making me know not use Honeycomb

We are extremely disappointed with…
We are extremely disappointed with Honeycomb's lack of customer service. We are supposed to be business partners; however, they rarely respond to our telephone and email messages. In addition, despite obtaining assurances that a quote is approved, they've pulled them without notice creating unnecessary problems with our clients.
