Speed of submissions under review could be faster. Often no call back or email back. When its approved, its great.

From an agency perspective getting a…
From an agency perspective getting a quote is total hit or miss, probably 70% of accounts we submit are declined. Functionality isn't fluid, systems don't work like most companies. For example, customer sends a check, you receive it but won't mark the account paid until the check clears and it appears like you don't even check you just place a 7 day waiting period to post the payment.

Our goal is to extend coverage to as many clients as possible, but there are situations where we need to decline certain risks that don’t meet our underwriting guidelines. Regarding payment processing, our current protocol includes a waiting period to verify the clearance of checks for security purposes.

I love the ease of your quoting…
I love the ease of your quoting platform, but it's been very difficult to get approvals on most of the risks we run through the system. Almost always, we receive the following declination reasoning: "We will have to take a pass due to the individual scoring on this account computed by proprietary algorithm assessing 1st and 3rd party data, computer vision and AI assessments has determined that this risk would underperform against industry results and company underwriting goals". Thereafter the declination, I call to ask for an explanation, and no one can give me a valid response. On multiple occasions, our insured's have clean loss histories, managed by a property a management company, consistent tenants, and have been the owner for many years, etc.. It would help to understand the decision making process.
