We love HB
We love HB. Very easy to use and we recommend. The main drawbacks are it takes way to long to refund payments and automations cant be applied from mobile. Cant attach photos or files from mobile device.

Just 1 option short of 5 stars
Great service the only 1 star less is the inability to upload documents and instantly be able to edit them as needed. Unless that was something updated that i don't know about if it was then I'd give 5 stars as it would be the perfect app for me. But 4 stars is still impressive

This company falsely advertises using…
This company falsely advertises using ambassadors, customer service reps ignore you when you have questions and with a company who builds business on lies and outsources their lies to others to continuously promote what they have no intention to honor- I think is pretty illegal. After finally getting a rep to respond (thinking I was ignored) she claims the offer is a year old and no longer being honored but yet the ambassadors are promoting this heavily; the most recent video on youtube on 4/13/23. Please have a talk with those who falsely represent your business as this will prevent B2B ongoing trust and partnership.

Can't operate without it!
We are literally running all of our calendar bookings, customer communications and payments through HoneyBook. Its almost like Honeybook is an employee handling those tasks! We have been running a stable business so far thanks to this technology.

Overall I love honeybook but my only suggestion is this: It would be really nice to be able to duplicate expenses. I have some recurring monthly expenses and its very time consuming to enter them manually.
