We’ve been using HoneyBook for five years, and I can confidently say that I couldn’t imagine running my business without it. HoneyBook has been an essential part of keeping my business organized, professional, and running smoothly. From managing clients to streamlining everyday operations, it has made such a difference in how I operate. What impresses me most is how much the platform has grown over the years. When I first started using HoneyBook, it was already fantastic, but they’ve continued to introduce so many new features and tools that make running a business even easier. I love that they’re constantly improving and finding new ways to support business owners. Their team has also been incredibly kind, personable, and supportive, which makes me appreciate the company even more. If you’re starting a business, growing an existing one, or simply looking to operate more professionally, I cannot recommend HoneyBook enough. It’s one of those investments that genuinely makes your life easier. Five years later, I’m still just as happy with my decision to use them. 10 out of 10, 100% recommended! 💛

As a customer, I am very dissatisfied with honeybook. I cringe everytime a provider uses Honeybook. Something a little as the details in receipt. I highly dislike honeybook. I had my provider just sign my receipt and note balance "0" and paid in full. Ridiculous. Bring back simplicity.

This software has allowed me to scale my business at a steady and organized rate. The more you invest your time in understanding how the software works, the more you will get out of the cost of the actual service itself. You’re somebody who’s tech savvy and wanting to start automating parts of your business. This is the right software for you. There’s also a pretty big market for people who sell automation setups specifically for your business, so even if you’re not tech savvy, you can find somebody who is and make it better for you

HoneyBook seems like a great resource for small businesses, however I have had no success with setting up my workflow and having the links to advance my clients to the next step in the process. Their AI communicates well and affirms documents and workflow are set up, however the workflow process never works, as intended. Another issue that I have is that is seems that the company wants to collect all of our client information AND to control it. The limitations on designing for functionality seems to be in place, so that when disconnecting with this provider you have to start from scratch all over again. I have not used their services for receiving payments because I don't trust that they will not overreach and take more than I expect to pay them for processing fees. I've read a few complaints through the Better Business Bureau and many of the responses by HoneyBook seem to be passing the buck and denying accountability. I connected my Canva account with HoneyBook and still can't upload projects and files without a lot of clicks and refreshes. After three weeks and absolutely no progress with increasing cash flow through this system, I'm very frustrated. Companies nowadays just want money-grabs, they don't seem concerned about the quality of their contributions to commerce. Big promises, tiny deliverables, and support that is often not support at all, but turns into double-work for the ones paying to receive service. SMH

Novice business owner and this tools helps me to look like a pro with contract and payment processes. Also makes it va breeze to stay organized and I am only using the basic fearures.
