I'm really enjoying what HoneyBook provides in a CRM. I know I have a lot more to learn, but I've found it to be very useful to my business.

The simple version is i had a huge banking issue. HoneyBooks team was not only responsive but went above and beyond to assist me.

I like the ideas honeybook has and in theory they sound great, but it's not user friendly and very difficult to learn. I would only recommend honeybook of there was no other platform available.

HoneyBook makes everything so simple… between the automation emails, the scheduling system, allowing you to customize contracts, and see if an email has been read and keeps your updated on the status of projects. It’s just such an easy client managment website. Truly worth every penny!

Got a new debit card. Though I let it default. When my account defaulted I was forced to pay a higher premium to reinstate. I felt muscled into it. Unfortunately I had to renew because of existing automated payments by existing customers.

My clients hate having to input their emails when they receive smart files. There needs to be a way to turn this off. I have so many people complaining about not knowing what email they signed up with or if the accounting department wants to access a proposal. This is really the biggest problem with Honeybook.

Very user friendly and easy to get things set up, As a small business you want to be able to offer this level of service without a crazy price tag and HoneyBook delivers on that 100%
