HoneyBook streamlines the process of keeping up with all of our clients without missing a beat.

I can say they have nice support people but that's the extent of the positives. It's simply really poor and gives your clients a poor experience as well. Emails to clients, interfaces and a FOUR page checkout?!??! No way - we'd be having clients leave, bounce and never hear from them again. It's just not user friendly and takes far more work to setup and STILL look poor after a lot of time. Had high hopes....but don't waste your time - we're moving on.

it's very hard to figure out, things show up on the invoice that I didn't know were there like the category Wedding showed up on the receipt but I didn't fill that in anywhere and it makes me look unprofessional. I didn't like that I couldn't update the invoice and send it again for the second time, I had to wait. I am not sure if I'll keep this system or not. I don't have time to keep studying it, but I will wait a little longer before canceling and see if I can figure it out.

So far it's been great! Invoicing has been made easy and knowing where to start.

I wish I had got Honeybook a year ago! It’s everything I’ve been looking for and more! I can’t wait to use all the tools to improve my client experience and get some time back for myself with Honeybook automations!
