too expensive and high fees

Helped me consolidate various tech tools used for my business all into one! Now I can send contract, quotes, and invoices all from one place, and track the progress of every client in my sales pipeline. HUGE upgrade!

Honeybook is fabulous! Everything I've created there is so "me"! The forms are so appealing visually. They are efficient and customizable, and you can tailor each one to a specific client or situation. The flows and automations streamline capturing information and nurturing your client base, and everything you need to see is right there in one place. They have an amazing support team, friendly and professional and always at the ready. Well worth the money and so necessary!

Honeybook's transaction fees are totally ridiculous. For the high premium users are charged, transaction costs should be eaten or hugely lowered. It is such a MAJOR issue to be charged literal hundreds of dollars in transaction fees EVERY invoice. Forcing clients to take on these huge fees is also ANTI-BUSINESS and hurts all small business using HoneyBook. I will happily leave this platform as soon as an AI competitor makes this scam redundant. Honeybook is such a classic greedy corporate overlord.

Customer service is lacking I feel like you are rolling out so many features your response time is lacking or isn't escalated. Not everything can be achieved via chat and there is something to be said with a personal human connection. I think you have some great features, some that are irrelevant, but it also doesn't justify the SIGNIFICANT price increase

Quite expensive. Email system is terrible.

Pricing is too high. Lacks CRM integration. Not that great.
