As much as I like HB, I dislike the price increase. I will probably work on maximizing my other software and eliminating this expense.

Honeybook has been such a huge help in growing my business! It saves me so much time with client communication and contracts and keeps my calendar super organized. Big fan and would highly recommend this platform to photographers and other service industry professionals.

I'm new to owning a proper business where I look like the well put together business that I am on all fronts. I'm great at what I do but I'm not an office person. Honeybook makes me look better in these areas so I can focus on my craft! Oh and it keeps me organized too.

HoneyBook has been extremely helpful in automating my processes, allowing me to focus more on work than administrative tasks.

I really like HoneyBook and all the features. It is a beast to learn but I am getting used to it. Many of my emails to clients are going to their spam/junk folder. this is frustrating. I'm having to then send them a direct email. I want to keep it all in one place. I do like the project pipeline. As a new business owner, I wish the pricing was more affordable.

Robust CRM for first time client.

I have been using HoneyBook for several years now and have always been super happy with the product and how organized and easy it is to use and makes it simple for clients to make payments as well. However, there have definitely been several minor, irritating glitches throughout my years of using it, in addition to many of my emails that I send to leads going to their spam. The main reason for my 3 star review (in addition to my issues with emails going to spam) is that recently HoneyBook instituted a significant price increase which they attributed to their many new features that they’ve added, most of which I don’t use.. I definitely feel like this has been unfair to individuals who have been using HoneyBook for years and think people should have been grandfathered into their old pricing as a thank you for being current customers :( For the future, I’m definitely considering switching to a new client management platform that has the same features with less cost. It also makes me unsure about continuing with HoneyBook since I don’t know whether they will decide to increase their prices again :( So overall, an okay experience, but definitely think they could retain their customers by simply grandfathering in their old pricing to those who have been using it for years already.

I just started using this. It’s been a lot of work setting it up and I haven’t even built out all of my templates. I’m sure that’s normal in the beginning! I did just send my first invoice contract payment combo and that seemed to go just fine! I’m sure I will grow to love this but it’s going to take some time!
