Yes I just had an issues with rewards
Yes I just had an issues with accidentally deducting 1000 pts off my rewards program. I had reached out to customer service and Gina Perkins responded and luckily followed the ticket all the way through!! She made sure I got my 1000 pts added to my rewards and was very attentive to make sure I was satisfied and that my issue was resolved.

I still can’t figure out how to redeem my points on my subscriptions. The tutorial is way too small to see on my phone.
