The both bottles oof fish oil were broken and empty when shipment arrived. Contact the company and after about 10min on the phone and swapping pictures, everything was taken care of and replacements were on the way. I received the replacements in a couple of days and the were intact and Mr dog likes the addition to his breakfast. Will probably order again once I get a better read on how the cbd is working for him.

The customer service is great. I have always received your products on a timely manner and haven't had any issues. I also think the product is good. I give it to my Pomeranian who has mild seizures occasionally and it is a nightly ritual for us. So thank you.

Gina Perkins provided me amazing customer service when I recently mistakenly gave the wrong address for my delivery of calm bites. She helped me track my delivery down and it was successfully recovered by a wonderful neighbor who understood the situation. So thanks to Gina. My dog has his comb bites which very much make our summer, a much happier time because he needs them to decrease anxiety related to fireworks. Great product, great customer service, five stars.
