Great product- EXCELLENT customer…
Great product- EXCELLENT customer service! My dog is anxious and nervous a lot and not a fan of noises. A little oil in her dinner each night and she is happy as a clam.

Neeah was very helpful
Neeah was very helpfu! I mistakenly left my email address off of my order and she quickly updated the order for me and I received the notification before the chat even ended! Thank you again for all that you are all doing for our 4-legged babies :)

Great customer service and product!
Neeah has been great to work with over the past month with any questions I've had. My 11.5 year old cocker spaniel has only been using the products (joint chews + CBD oil) for a month but I can already tell a difference. Great customer service and a great product will keep me a customer for a long time!

Crystal was very helpful with my order
Crystal was very helpful with my order. I accidentally clicked monthly subscription, instead of the one-time purchase. Crystal was very prompt returning my email, and took care of the problem immediately. She cancelled the subscription and was kind enough to keep the price the same. My package got here quickly, and so far my Lola is loving their product. I'll check back later with a full review on their cbd products. I am impressed! Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service
I had ordered a new 'soft chew' from you for my 13 yr. old dog. He wouldn't even touch one to try it, hated them. I wrote Customer Service and Neeah answered my e-mail the very next day. She was very nice and said I would be getting a refund for the item and that I did not need to return. Her only request was that I pass it along to someone else who could use it. Great customer service!!
I made a purchase for the first time and got the wrong item. (mistakes do happen) I went online and spoke to customer service who expedited my correct item and received it the next day. They didn't even make me return the incorrect item that was sent. Great customer service!!! I will be ordering from you again!
