Omar Exceeds Expectations!
This is the second time that "Omar" answered when I called! The SAME PERSON twice 10 months apart? What are the odds? And what are the odds that he would be just as helpful the second time around??? I'm very grateful to have the opportunity to speak with Omar once again, and to once again get all of my questions answered and my order placed with the greatest of ease. THANK YOU, HP!
